Diary 2014

8/1 – Clear weeds and watercress from behind the old corn store – Stewart/Alex/Simon and banks-man Steve, water level higher than normal and raining.

22/1 – Remove litter, five green bags, and general rubbish, four traffic cones and tyre from the river between Strode Road and the out fall – Stewart/Alex/Trevor/Paul/Steve/Simon a nice sunny afternoon ground very wet.

7/3 – Removed tree that had fallen into the river by the bridge at the Conservative Club and general clearance of the river up-stream.

25/3 – Boat in the river to clear the area from behind the Curzon down to Clevedon South playing field. Watch out for details in next months Clevedon News as their reporter was on hand to capture all the excitement – Stewart/Alex/Simon – water levels good /overcast

12/11 – Remove litter, filling five green bags, and general rubbish, old toy car washing line and it’s post child’s sand pit from the river between Clevedon South Playing field to the outfall, following river/bank clearance by contractors – Stewart/Alex/Paul/Simon a nice sunny afternoon ground very wet.
